	AUREA MEDIOCRITAS The title means the 'Golden Mean.' This is the balance of truth and goodness. It is a red leather bound diary that has the title on the binding in fancy, golden script. It is, however, in mediocre condition. 	PERSEPHONE Named after the Greek Goddess of Innocence and Queen of the Underworld, the title is scrawled in Bex's own handwriting. It is a hardback book of gray-blue binding. 	HUMAN KNOWLEDGE IMPLANT Implanted in the brain of Lucian's 'son', Oliver Cromwell, this piece of technology is the only significant modification to the boy's body, the only others being a few organ enhancements to maintain his health. Besides basic human knowledge, the implant imparted a large amount of historical, scientific, biological, and other various fields of learning, including a number of foreign languages.
