Silvia padded through the silent graveyard as a chocolate brown wolf. The path had been memorised and the trail used so often that there was now a constant trail leading to where she wanted to go. The seventeen year old mutant reached her destination and sat down infront of a grave. "Hi mum, how do you like it here?" She asked in a warm voice and she felt herself change back.
She had forgotten that she was only wearing her underwear but she had been prepared for this eventuality. She had had a nightmare and morphed again. She slept in her undergarments and she hadn't been able to change back from four am in the morning until now. Now, was about ten am. Mind you she hadn't been sleeping that well lately. But that was a different story. Silvia grabbed a small bag that had been hidden behind the headstone. Her long chocolate brown hair fell in curly waves down her back. She brought the bag in front of her and took the black dress that resided within the bag out.
She pulled it on over her head and lifted her long hair out from under the dress. The slightly petite girl at 5 feet 2 inches promptly sat down beside the grave and gently touchd her mother's name: Heather Alice Carter. "I miss you mum. I'm sorry that you were killed because of me." She said gently and she looked at the bunch of flowers that had been laid in front of the head stone.
"Madam Weaver has visited you recently huh? You like her mum? She says I'm her best customer for getting shirts and stuff." Silvia said before fingering the silver dog tags around her neck. She heard something unusual and turned her head slightly in the direction of the sound. "Who dares disturb us?" Silvia asked in a icy cold voice and she looked around expectantly.

Aidian hadn't really expected company. Thats why he was laying lazily in the tree in the graveyard his legs crossed, thick rimmed Aviator glasses covering his eyes. He had been sleeping when she came in. Marcus' training made him a light sleeper so when he heard a padded foot step under him his eyes flicked open but he didn't move. He didn't even trun his head to look at her. he only movedh is eyes to stare at her as she had her little moment. At first he had assumed this girl was crazy. Well he had already thought that since the arena incident, but now he had seen her clearly talk to no one so he assumed she was talking to herself. Then she said ' Mum' so he realized it then.
Had the Freakopolis guards been so spiteful they had to bury her mother here? That would be like them burying John here. Aidian wouldn't have allowed it and therefore was glad that John was off at the prison Graveyard. His parents hadn't cared enough to have him buried somewhere else.
And then Aidian yawned not caring whether she heard him or not. He scratched the back of his neck lightly turning his head to look at her even though it was still leaned against the tree. He had excellent balance to lay on a branch all night and sleep. " No one... I was just sleeping Wolf girl. " he said it polietly. Aidian had only called her wolf girl since he hadn't known her name. " Guards buried your mother here eh? Kind of stinks. You don't know if they have any mutants in here that eat dead bodies or something. The Guards are probably counting on that being the arrogant bastards they are. "
Lightly aidian yawned again before leaning to one side. At first it appeaed that he had fallen out of the tree beut he flipped in the air and landed on the ground lightly. Rolling his shoulders he brushed off his black skinny jeans yawning into his palm again. " 'Never caught your name. I'm... Shift. Well they like to call me that. I could care less but my name is Aidian in all sense none the less. They can't take that from me. "
Aidian pushed the glasses up his nose shrugging the leather jacket up higher on his shoulders. " You cold? "

Silvia froze as she heard a familiar voice...one that she hadn't cared to hear at that particular moment. "No one... I was just sleeping Wolf girl." Came the polite words and Her eyes darted to a tree branch. "Guards buried your mother here eh? Kind of stinks. You don't know if they have any mutants in here that eat dead bodies or something. The Guards are probably counting on that being the arrogant bastards they are." That was it, that infuriated her. The fact that he had put his two cents in without even knowing the full story.
"Don't stick your nose into things that don't involve you." She spat venomously and then scowled as she noticed his comment about mutants that ate the flesh of the dead. "No one would dare to touch my mother's grave. Don't pretend that you know anything about me." She snapped and then she took a packet of jelly beans out of the small bag behind her mother's grave.
She opened it without a second glance at the other mutant and shoved a pink one into her mouth. The irritation at this male went down as the sugar went into her system. She had to remember that she was hypoglycemic. "I apologise, you didn't deserve that. I have to remember that I get crabby when I don't have my sugar." She said as she sucked on the jelly bean, no sense in chewing it up because she needed her jaws for later.
The male had decided to come out of the tree. He flipped in mid air and landed on the ground. He brushed off his jeans and yawned again. "Never caught your name. I'm... Shift. Well they like to call me that. I could care less but my name is Aidian in all sense none the less. They can't take that from me." He said and she nodded her head once. "You didn't hear my name in the arena? You really must get your hearing checked then. My mutant name is Fang, real name is Silvia." She said and popped another pink jelly bean in her mouth as she'd finished the other one.
"You cold?" Shift asked and she shook her head immediately. "No, I lived in the open air for a while before this place." She shrugged and the wind picked pushed her hair up off of her back and in front of her face. Silvia shook her hair back and put it in a low ponytail. She sat beside her mother's grave and looked up at the sky. It was going to rain soon. Her hand went out to the other side of her mother's resting place.
"If you want, you can sit there. No sense in standing around is there?" She said tonelessly and then she looked at his goggles, or whatever they were. "What is that contraption on your face?" She asked and pointed directly at his goggles. She had been kicked out of school in the 7th grade, so she knew a little. But not a lot.

As the girl got more infuriated with him than he expected, Aidian couldn't help but scowl. He bit on his tounge to keep from lashing out on her lest he'd break his code. Lightly he crosse dhis ams stiffening as she rebuked hjim for what he said. He never took to kindly to such things. He closed his eyes for a moment breathing heavily to help himself calm down a bit. Slow he opened them in time to see her eat a jelly bean. And then she talekd about her suger and getting crabby. Aidian responded with a dull nod before looking away.
He smirked as she spoke of the Arena. " Your dimwitted fbone friend had my attention at the time. Silvia is a nice name though. " he smiled slightly at her still maintaining a distance between themHe nodded as she refused his offer for his jacket. He slowly thumped down on the ground a few feet away from her pulling his jacket around him a little tighter.
And then she called his glasses goggled. Aidian couldn't help but laugh not out of rudeness or anything he had just never really thought he'd be asked that. " Sunglasses. They keep the sun out of your eyes. Here try em on. " Lightly he pulled them off his face revealing striking blue eyes before he tossed them towards her.

"Your dimwitted bone friend had my attention at the time. Silvia is a nice name though." He said and she rolled her eyes. She would humour him for now, because she felt like it. "I noticed, you have an interesting name as well." She said and then waited for him to talk again, for some reason she felt like he would be a good companion.
She laughed lowly as he sat down a little way away from her. "Come closer Aidian, I won't bite in this form. The teeth are too short you see." She joked before he tossed her the item that he had been wearing on his face. "Sunglasses. They keep the sun out of your eyes. Here try em on." She peeked at his face and found that he had the deepest blue eyes she'd ever seen.
Silvia forced her eyes to go back to these 'sun glasses' of his. She held them up to the sky and studied them for a moment before putting them on. The world went slightly darker than normal and she squeaked in surprise before getting used to it. "Wow! This is really cool! So how do I look huh?" She said before grinning widely, Silvia then remembered that she was with a male and her grin disappeared.
She took out her hair tie and shook her head, her hair rippling over her shoulders and down her back. "How 'bout now? I like this thing, I'm keeping it!" She giggled a little before lowering the sun glasses to look at him over their rims. She then popped another jelly bean into her mouth and blinked rapidly. Silvia suddenly felt very dizzy and did the only thing she could think of. She stayed stock still and waited for it to pass. "What was that? I feel dizzy..." She murmured slowly and took off Aidian's sun glasses, thinking that they were the cause. But the dizzy spell passed and she put them back on any way.
