[/color] Five men in black armor entered the yard all carrying weapons. Something about them gave Faye the chills and she tried running to Pepper but one of the men got to her first. They hit her in the head with one of the guns and her body crumpled to the ground from the blow. Her head was bleeding and at the sight of the blood Faye's hand began to glow a faint green. The men surrounded her with their weapons up. One fired and a dart went into her arm. Faye pulled the dart out knowing a tranquillizer would have no effect on her. One of the men grabbed her and she tried grabbing him but she felt weak. It had to be the armor. All of this just felt wrong. They grabbed her, practically dragging her as she tried to get out of their grasp. They left Pepper on the ground out in the yard and Faye never saw her again. They threw Faye into a black van and tried holding her down. Another one tried to inject her with a sedative.Faith Lynn Callen

Mutation: Faith has the ability to release a liquid toxin from her skin that kills living cells. However much she releases determines how fast the cells die but she can’t use too much at one time because the toxin is a part of her blood and using too much makes her dizzy then pass out. She has a pretty high control of her power but when she feels threatened she can't always control it. The toxin has altered the structure of her bones and muscles giving her a high tolerance of pain. Since her toxin is a liquid it can be diluted quite easily with water. Also her blood doesn’t clot properly so it’s easier for her to bleed out but the toxin makes her immune to other viruses or drugs.
History: Faith was born with a rare form of cancer that left her weak and near dead for most of her life. She struggled for years against it but no one thought she would live long enough to make it to high school. She went to public school and tried her hardest to fit in but it was common knowledge that she had cancer. Everyone wanted to be her friend and lent their pity. As she got older it only got worse. She had to drop out of school and soon her ‘friends’ forgot about her. She didn’t blame them. How do you talk to girl you know is going die?
When she was fourteen doctors started an experimental treatment to try and save her. They gave her toxins that would hopefully kill the cancer and help repair her body. She went into a coma for nearly a month and when she awoke she felt better than ever. She regained her strength but she continued to be homeschooled. She’s not sure when but she started to notice that the flowers that family had sent would quickly die after she touched them. When her dog suddenly died she figured out that she was able to emit the toxin through her skin and it would kill almost any living thing. She ran away. It was the only logical thing she could think of. She didn’t want to hurt anyone and was terrified of doing so.
She left her small town and headed for the next big city, Chicago. With her small amount of money she started trying to make a life for herself. She started going by Faye and she tried to forget about her parents convinced they would never understand her power. She started with learning to control her powers. Her biggest fear was hurting someone. She figured out her strengths and limitations. She got a job working in a small restaurant as a waitress.
That only lasted until she was seventeen because when she was walking home one night a group of thugs tried to corner her. She wasn’t intending to hurt them but when she got scared she killed four of them. That's how the police found her. The months that followed were a blur of court cases and trials dates. Even though she was still technically a minor they charged her as an adult. It didn't really occur to her until the cell door was locked behind her. By some luck an inmate named Pepper took pity on Faye and looked out for her. Pepper taught her a lot including how to defend herself.
There was one close call where Faye was attacked while in the yard. She was stabbed and it was then that Pepper found out she was a mutant. From that day on Pepper became her best friend.
Report of Mutant Capture: It was just another day in her life sentence for Faye. She was in the yard with the other women. She sat to the side with Pepper while some of the others played a card game. The sun was high in the sky and every once in a while she wiped her forehead. She rolled the coarse orange fabric up exposing her slightly tanned arms. "Another day of paradise." The women stopped playing and looked up. The warden walked into the yard, a considerably short and stocky woman who always carried a steel baton in her right hand. Everyone stood but Pepper, Faye and a few select women. The warden tried to appear threatening but those who truly knew her knew that she was scared.
"Get out of here you—" The warden didn’t finish her threat but the women started shuffling in. Faye started to stand but Pepper stuck her arm out to keep her down. It took only moments before they were the only ones left. "I want Faye." Pepper stood up and placed herself between the warden.
"Piss off." Pepper’s British accent only came out when she was annoyed. Faye stood up and tried telling Pepper that there was no need for a fight but the warden ran at her swinging the baton. Pepper ran at her and grabbed the baton with one hand and punched her with the other. The warden went down and Pepper had a wicked smile on her face. The warden tried to crawl away and shouted for people who were standing just inside the door.
"Help me!"
"It won't work on me." They finally got tired of her struggling and hit her the same way they stuck Pepper. As she quickly loss conscience the last thing she heard was 'freak'.[/blockquote]
