Today, you will be introduced to some of the servitor models responsible for your protection, and ensuring the ease of your life. In the event that servitors will become plentiful (which they are not, at present. Subject to change), each member of the protectors will be assigned, at my own discretion, a basic labor-caste servitor. This servitor will be utterly obedient, within reason, but keep in mind that I am the one they will answer to in the end, and they will not do anything of which myself or the leader disapproves. Requests for more combat-oriented servitors will be considered, but do not expect it unless you have personally proven yourself to me. Going over my head and getting the leader's approval will not hold any weight.
The first and most basic caste of servitor is the labor caste. These are identifiable by their brown robes and additional arms. Whereas the close combat caste, looking very similar to the labor caste in clothing and general appearance, has large, spider-like appendages coming out of its back, the labor servitor possesses extra arms, usually with clamps on the end of them. The labor caste servitor is mainly for use as an attendant or courier, but can do menial tasks not fit for construction caste. Their combat ability is limited to what they can do with their additional arms, and they are better suited to fending off attacks and fleeing. It is important to note that the labor caste servitors are one of the few servitor types which use a small platform (attached to them) with tank treads on the bottom for locomotion instead of legs.
The second active non-combat caste is the skull probe. While not biomechanical (besides the skull, technically), the skull probe plays an integral role in keeping the compound safe. As disturbing as a red-eyed skull with spider legs may be, it is well-equipped for surveillance and infiltration, and will make sure that any transgressions are dealt with swiftly. Like the close combat caste, the skull probe is able to overcharge its power cells and violently detonate, resulting in both a powerful explosion and a fair amount of shrapnel.
The first, and usually most often seen of the combat caste is the close combat and human suppression servitor. It is almost identical to the labor servitor in every way, save that it has two legs instead of treads, and has a much deeper synthesized voice, as most combat castes do. The more significant differences come in the form of six to eight large retractable spider legs which are approximately eight feet long when fully retracted. While also useful for swift locomotion, they are a powerful utility in combat, made even more so by the servitor's ability to deliver an approximately six hundred volt shock to any metallic portion of its body (so long as it's a not too close to the head). The servitor's hands are also claws, similar to my own single clawed hand, which can administer the same shock. The close combat servitor is also able to overload its power cells in order to violently detonate.
The second active combat caste, currently, is the ranged combat and human suppression servitor. Unlike the prehensile hands of the other servitors, the ranged combat servitor possesses Gatling guns on both of its hands, fed by two large canisters on its back. It is slow and not very mobile, but just one possesses sufficient firepower for any basic threat. While unfit for melee combat, the ranged combat servitor may attempt to bludgeon with its guns in a pinch. Like the close combat servitor, the ranged combat servitor is also able to detonate. Factoring in the canisters, each with their own minor power cell, the explosion is larger, producing more shrapnel and a bigger blast.
The Sub-Aquatic Operations caste is a solution to the potential escape from prosecution by leaping into the water. While it is true that a close combat caste could simply dip an electrified appendage in and obliterate such a fleeing culprit, we are willing to preserve the less major transgressors. As a result, capture within the water is made manageable by these servitors. Keep in mind that they can stay beneath water almost indefinitely, whereas the average human cannot exceed three minutes without oxygen. There is no bastion from my creations.
More combat castes are pending. While grave-robbing for any other purpose is frowned upon by myself, corpses may be exhumed for repurposing into servitors.
The purely legal end of the servitor spectrum is populated, at the moment, solely by the noble inquisitor caste. It is the most intelligent of all servitors, and one of the most advanced, given a basic level of autonomy and decision making, as well as authority over the basic servitors to a very limited extent. Its head is similar to that of the skull probe; a skull, with red visual input at the back of the eyesockets. The rest of the inquisitor servitor is cloaked in a green robe, instead of brown, to symbolize its authority as an inquisitor caste. The inquisitor caste's hands are human, in structure, and are able to produce a soldering iron, electric prod, or cutting knife from the palms, for the purpose of information extraction or impromptu repair or flesh healing.
As of this moment, that is all. Please refer to this recording again to see if it has been updated.
