Eye Color: Light baby blue, When abilities are used they glow pure white.
Physical Appearance: His hair color is of a lighter dirty blond. He calls it "Rust." when asked about it. Normally its spiked up or in some kind of funky state of bed head. He normally doesn't pay attention to it. He has very bright eyes that shine in the sun. His clothing styles concise of jeans and T-shirts often accompanied by the hoody. He likes to dress casual and comfortable. Theres almost always a strand of blue in his clothes as thats his favorite color.
Dustin has a small tiny body and is very short. This means that he is extremely light. Dustin will always appear this way despite his age making it hard for him to acquire any sort of hope of being big and strong. Dustin has 1 scar on his lower back of a kanji symbol. While Dustin is able to heal most wounds this he can not for some strange reason. The symbol changes its meaning or words depending on Dustin's emotions and feelings at the time.

Generations:
Many years ago there lived an ancient tribe with a priests at the center. She was not the leader of this tribe but could for see the future. Every year at harvest time she would ask the gods to provide her with visions to help there poor village. The gods only shown her visions of are present time. A mutant rising and the capture of them all. A place holding them all like animals. The signs on the gate read Freakopolis. She feared that the world would come to an end and for the people in her tribe who had special gifts of there own. She told the people of these visions for years and years. The village became poor and many died. The ones who didn't shunned the Pristest and blamed her for there misfortunes. They told her that she could have for seen there tragic events. But all her warnings of are present time they forgot and called it a myth.
The priests went on to another village were she felt she must have to keep her abilities alive by giving birth to a child with another mutant. By doing this she for saw that with each passing generation there would be a child born more powerful then the previous. And this pattern must be passed down until a child strong enough to overcome and stop freakopolis is born. This families surname became Dyson and there mostly all powerful mutants.
Parents:
Tom Dyson had the ability to persuade anyone to do anything. He kept this a secrete to everyone. He was quite and mysterious. Nobody knew why but he suddenly vanished some time ago when Dustin was 3. Dustin believes he was taken into Freakopolis but is unsure. Dustin's mother was wild and outgoing. Her ability was teliporting threw objects which she is able to posses. She was loud and funny. Dustin was so happy whenever she was around. She raised him until Dustin was 6. Then as the guards came for her Dustin hid inside a small cabinet. He heard his mothers screams of pain but she never cried for help. Dustin did what ever his mother said. She told him not to leave until it was over. Dustin crawled out of the tiny space and into a pool of his mothers blood. She had been decapitated. He stared into the eyes of his mother laying on the ground. Ever since hes been claustrophobic and thinks whiles hes in a small dark place people will die like his mom.
Life prior to the capture:
Dustin's mother taught him to protect his mutant kind and others who were nice and good people. Dustin hard one day after waking up in class that there was something called a safety patrol. This gave Dustin the idea to join and he enjoyed it allot. After a year went by the caption nominated Dustin to take over as they were good friends. Dustin took the position even though he saw himself as more of a follower. Despite this he became a good leader of the squad. Dustin's mother told him not to judge others and often times there are 2 sides to every story. He likes EVERYONE even the odd ones or mean ones. Hes willing to help anyone and is just someone that would be there to lend a hand or listen to the others.
Dustin enjoys using his abilities allot but it uses up allot of energy so he must regain energy by sleeping and eating constantly. To stay alive since his abilities can never turn off. He was always sleeping in class so never really got to know anyone that good but since he was thrown in freakopolis his abilities were weakened and so were the side effects. He will follow anyone of the kids as though they were relatives and sees friends as family. Dustin will do anything they want him to do. He likes being there for others and sees himself as not the answer to stopping this mess at freeakopolis but the weapon for someone to use to end it and bring peace to mutant kind.
Now:
Because the walls weaken abilities Dustin has felt more awake and less tired giving him more time to get to know the kids hes always seen around. Dustin's powers are weakened but as each day passes his body becomes more used to the surroundings and is secretly evolving into something more mutant then human.
Mutation:
Physical Mutation: Eyes appear to glow white when ability is in use. Also from time to time his eyes turn blood red with rage when angered. He has a stunted growth and will never age due to his cells constantly changing and rearranging. They have established his current appearance as the base to revert back to when abilities are not in use. His scar changes kanji symbols based on his feelings and power being used at the time.
Ability: Body Part creation and control,
Or Frankenstein as he calls it, is the ability to generate extra body parts from the body for extra utility. This may include generating extra arms, legs, wings, a tail, cells, bones or any other limb or appendage that the user would find useful including blood.
Ability functions: Dustins body dose not function as normal humans or even mutants for that matter. If Dustin eats some food it does not get digested into his stomach. The second he swallows it, It is converted into energy. This energy is infused with Dustins body and extra parts he creates. He can telepathically manipulate the energy in deatatched limbs. as if they were still attached until the energy wears off. Normally up to 5 minutes depending on how much sleep and food is consumed before hand but 10 is his max. He is able to harden his said parts by creating and layering his cells on top of each other very rapidly. He also uses this process to heal himself with softer cell tissue.
Ability Limits: He can only use his ability on himself. He can not enhance or control others bodily functions. Generating sensitive organs are extremely painful. Tho he can heal himself he cant heal others. He is physiologically fighting himself due to with each thing he is able to do a new personality takes control over him. (Ex. When he creates bones a violent tempered personality emerges and wants to do nothing but fight. When he creates wings he wants nothing more then to explore and discover. If he creates any animal part on his body he will gain there personality traits and flaws.) He is still able to feel pain. Often he becomes tired and weak after healing. He must eat a large amount of food for his abilities to work at full capacity. Because there is not allot of food in Freakopolis his powers are limited. He cannot create a brain nor heal his own. This is his most venerable spot.

Report of Mutant Capture: It was dark in the house. The lights have all been turned off and no electrical stuff was on. It was quite and spooky. Dustin had a bad feeling. His mother held him tight and scouted the windows and doors. She locked them all and ran back to Dustin, "Its ok Rusty mommy wont let them take you." She told her young boy holding him tight. Dustin could tell she was nervous. Sweat dripped down from her forehead. Her body felt worm and she was shaking all over. Dustin had never seen her like this. It was odd as his mother was normally upbeat and happy all the time. It seemed like she didn't have a care in the world. But tonight it was different.
Knocks came from the front door. Bang, bang bang. Each knock sent shivers down Dustin's back. "Who are they mommy?" Dustin asked but his mother didn't answer. Instead she put her finger to his lips. "Shhhh." She made that sound and Dustin knew it was trouble. She took him by the arm and dragged him to a small cabinet underneath the sink. "No I want to stay with you." Dustin told her. "Listen to me, ok stay in here until its safe. No matter what happens stay inside. Promise me that you wont come out." His mother said to him. She was crying and talking fast. The knocks continued and then finally the door was kicked down.
"Say it!" She screamed at him. Dustin nodded his head. His mother shoved him into the cabinet and shut the door. She screamed in pain yelling at them to leave. She never once asked for help. She kept saying "Stay safe remember your name! Remember your name!" Dustin knew what she was talking about. His families heritage was passed down threw stories he committed to memory. The story of who he was and were he had came from. Dustin could only see black. He couldn't move nor speak. He didn't hear his mother anymore. He opened the door and crawled out of the tiny space. He felt something worm and sticky on his hands and legs. It was blood, He looked ahead and saw his mothers head eyes wide opened and detached from the body. Dustin cried out. The guards immediately attacked him with a stunner. He blacked out. When he awoke he was in a cell inside Freakopolis.
